Commodore Mubarak Ali Al Sabah is a seasoned naval and coast guard leader with over two decades of distinguished service. He began his career in the Kuwait Navy in 2000, was commissioned as a Sub Lieutenant in 2002, and attended the British Royal Navy's young officer course at Britannia Royal Naval College. He later served aboard Kuwait's naval ship Maskan (P3717) as Navigation and Communications Officer, earning the Al-Soor Medal for his role in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
